汤敏:萨缪尔森的《经济学》影响了数代人

美国经济学泰斗保罗－萨缪尔森13日在其位于美国马萨诸塞州的家中逝世。中国发展研究基金会副秘书长汤敏对此表示，萨缪尔森的最大成就在于撰写了影响了数代人的巨著《经济学》，对其逝世表示惋惜。
　　汤敏称，萨缪尔森的最大成就在于撰写了影响了数代人的巨著《经济学》，书中对政治经济学、部门经济学、技术经济学都有专门的论述，读过这本书的人都看到他从宏观经济学到微观经济学，从生产到消费，从经济思想史到经济制度都比前人有新的创见。他将数学引进了经济学，1958年他与几个经济学家合著《线性规划与经济分析》，为经济学界新诞生的经济计量学做出了贡献。

　　此外，他还帮助在经济困境中上台的肯尼迪政府制定了著名的“肯尼迪减税方案”：肯尼迪采纳了萨缪尔森的建议，实行了著名的“肯尼迪减税”政策。“萨缪尔森在经济学领域中可以说是无处不在，被称为经济学界的最后一个通才。”汤敏说。
